Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer insured global shipping via trusted carriers (DHL, FedEx, or EMS). Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Mainland China: 3-5 business days

  • Asia: 5-10 business days

  • North America / Europe: 7-15 business days

  • Rest of World: 10-20 business days

Note: Custom-made pieces require additional production time (4-8 weeks) before shipping.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Destination country

  • Package weight & dimensions

  • Shipping speed (Standard or Express)

Free shipping promotions may apply for select items or orders over a certain value.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive:

Customs & Import Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, depending on your country’s regulations.

  • These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost.

  • We always declare packages as "Handmade Porcelain - Ceramic Art" with accurate values to avoid delays.

Damaged or Lost Packages

While rare, if your order arrives damaged or goes missing:

  1. Take photos of the damaged item & packaging.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours via email or WhatsApp.

  3. We’ll resend your order or issue a refund.

Note: Refunds/exchanges require proof of damage.
